YOUR PRODUCT ORDER

To check on the status of your order, once you have logged into your iTera account, go to Navigate and then scroll down to Product Order Report or Product Detail to view.

YOUR PERSONAL TOP-UP PAYMENT LINK

If you want to have anyone purchase via you, your personal top-up link can be found on your Home page (Navigate and then Top Up, which is at the top of the page).

People can pay with credit/debit card.

WARRANTY

Each iTera product has a 12 month warranty (with exclusions for dropping or misusing the device - it is fragile as it works on crystals and so must not be dropped, or get wet.)

Also the power cord should not be used to drag the wand around - the connection into the machine is apparently not as robust as we may desire. 

Once you have received your Wand make sure you activate the Warranty.

This is done by signing into your iTera account, go to Navigate, and then scroll down to Device Warranty.

There is a 14 day grace period to activate the wand manually - click on the orange icon beneath Serial No, and then enter in your Serial # (S/N) and press confirm.

The S/N is on a sticker attached to the wand.

If it says that the product is “expired” or doesn't show at all, then you will need to make a request to Customer Support - In your account, go to Inquiry (bottom of screen) and then Add New Topic. Ask them to activate the warranty by providing the DO # and Serial # of the Wand.

THE REWARD SYSTEM

Prife is the Malaysian company that started iTeraCare.

There are six ways you can be paid! (All $$ are in USD unless otherwise stated).

The Unilevel payment is 100% cash, and the other 5 ways are paid in a mix of cash and product redemption points. (Product redemption is ONLY for purchasing products).

Withdrawals can either be a bank transfer or via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

Please also note that some people are opening a second account and creating new left and right binary legs to maximise their financial rewards (usually once they get ten or more layers deep). Get your first two legs going well first and then you can look into this! 

Please know it is ESSENTIAL to know how the PAIRING/PLACEMENT works when you are signing people up - otherwise you will do yourself out of money if you place people incorrectly.  Your left leg is key, but to receive the pairing bonuses, you need to ‘balance’ the left leg with people on the left leg of the right leg.

PAIRING and PLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

This very important to understand if you are registering people.

Basically, place your first sign-up beneath you on the left leg, and your second sign-up beneath you on the right leg, and then the rest of your sign-ups on either the LEFT of the left leg or the LEFT of the right leg.
