HOW A NEW MEMBER CAN PAY FOR A PRODUCT
1) Obtain the relevant information of New Member:
- Preferred Username
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Postal address
2) Inform them of the product and shipping price options (see here for an example).
3) Ensure the New Member Knows:
- These wands come with a UK plug and will need a travel adapter - The Singapore Stockist is now sending Universal Travel Adapters free with wands, upon request)
- IF there is a warranty claim, the product may need to be sent back to Singapore at their expense (so there is a risk of an additional cost).
- The wands come taped around the centre to minimise shipping issues. The tape can be removed upon arrival. Please ensure the wand pieces are screwed together tightly.
- The wands are fragile and should not be dropped as the crystal tube breaks easily.
- Delivery is between 7-14 days, sometimes sooner, as long as there is stock.
3) Send them your personal Top Up payment link:
4) The payment will show up in your Register wallet.
HOW TO REGISTER NEW MEMBER USING PINS
1) In your account go to Navigate and select ‘Purchase PIN’.
2) Enter in the details:
- Region = ASIA
- Country = SINGAPORE
- Stockist ID = SIN01 - BOSS138
- Product =
- iTeraCare - USD: 320
- iTeraCare Premium - USD: 960 (Gold level)
- PIN Type = Product Not Yet Redeem
- Quantity =
- x1 for Classic or IONShield (Silver level)
- x3 for Classic or IONShield (Gold level)
- x10 for Classic, IONShield or Pro (Diamond level)
- Register Wallet Amount = enter the exact amount for product/s (excluding shipping, this is done later).
- Remark = enter what and for who it is for.
- Enter in your Security Password and press Next Step.
3) Next go to Navigate and select ‘Register Using PIN’.
4) Enter in the details:
- Region = ASIA
- Country Join = SINGAPORE
- Stockist ID = SIN01 - BOSS138
- PIN Type = Product Not Yet Redeem
- Package = Choose the Product Package (Wand or IONShield - Silver, Gold or Diamond)
- PIN Amount =
- x1 for Silver
- x3 for Gold
- x10 for Diamond
- Enter in the Basic Information:
- New Members Username
- New Members Name
- YOUR Sponsor Username
- Click SHOW for Placement Username and enter New Member in Genealogy as per these PLACEMENT instructions
- Enter New Members Email
- Enter in your Security Password and press Submit.
HOW TO ORDER PRODUCT FOR NEW MEMBER
1) Sign into New Members Back Office using their Username and the Temporary Password of 123456.
2) Change the login password again to 123456 and security password to 1111.
- Do not fill in other address details - the new member can do that.
3) Go to Navigate and click on ‘PIN/Promotion Redemption’.
4) Tick the PINS check-mark box (top left of page), making sure have the correct # of PINS to use.
5) Fill out the delivery order information using New Members details.
6) Enter in the Security Password and click Submit.
WHERE TO FIND PRODUCT DELIVERY ORDER (DO#)
1) While in New Members account, go to Navigate and click on ‘Product Order Report’.
2) Copy the DO# of product for future reference (can screenshot also) AND/OR download the Delivery Order PDF, which I do so I can send to the Singapore Stockist.
3) If Product is not showing, try changing the date range (the system automatically defaults to the 1st of the current month).
HOW TO TRANSFER SHIPPING TO SINGAPORE STOCKIST
1) Log back into your account.
2) Go to Navigate and click on ‘Transfer Register Wallet to Stockist’.
3) Enter in the details:
- Amount to Transfer = enter the exact amount for Shipping of product.
- (If you don’t have enough money in your Register Wallet, you can either Transfer from your Bonus Wallet to the Register Wallet, or use your Top Up link to add more).
- Stockist ID = SIN01 (for Singapore Stockist)
- The Name will automatically appear - BOSS138
- Remark = Example: x1 Classic to New Zealand for DO# USERNAME
- Enter in your Security Password and press Submit.
5) Take a screenshot of the successful transfer, which is then sent to the Singapore Stockist along with the DO# and New Members details (it helps speed up the order process).
HOW TO INFORM SINGAPORE STOCKIST OF THE NEW ORDER
@MK Chin BOSSingapore.com is the Singapore stockist
1) To order via Singapore you’ll need to join the following WhatsApp groups:

3) Send MK a personal message and include:
EXAMPLE:
- "Hi MK, shipping payment made $137 by YOUR USERNAME - FOR DOXXXXXXX - CLIENT USERNAME - 1 x Classic. Please include Universal travel adapter."
- ADD DELIVERY DETAILS: (client name, address, phone and email).
- ADD: SCREENSHOT OF DELIVERY ORDER.
- ADD: SCREENSHOT OF SHIPPING TRANSFER PAYMENT MADE.
- Please TYPE (or Copy/Paste) address details so that MK can send to courier for correct address (no retyping at his end so less mistakes).
- Do not send the customer's personal information in the Group Chat.
- MK will confirm the order and will send you the tracking link once delivery is processed.
